I connected your support twice.
The first time they added back the standard edition which worked so long as the game was not installed after this, I got the same issue.
The support member removed steam complete again, which never worked.
So, you say I need to go to a support member request help there and get again a wrong result because your system is still hidden linked to my inactive steam account?
As I understand this now: Should EA APP replace Origin complete I will lose my complete account because there are still linked, and the EA App requested a login from a steam account which is not possible.
So, I have two options: Each Sims4 Update I need to talk with you support that they add again the standard version, so I can update and play sims again via start icon or I abandoned your service as soon origin replace the EA app complete. This are both not really options, and this get very frustrated because this issue is only there on EA app because you deny me the standard version and I have automatic the abandoned steam version in my library since yesterday.
