A banned account linked to my Steam.
Hello, my name is Ryan. I've been trying to solve this problem for a long time, but I can never seem to get it right and always leave the support chat sessions frustrated and discouraged. After several chat sessions, I found out that my Steam account, which I’ve had for over 10 years, is linked to a banned EA account. But before that, I was hacked by someone, though I managed to recover it.
With this banned EA account linked to my Steam, the support chat can’t help for some reason, even though I prove I own the Steam account. I would really like to try linking my EA account to my Steam, even if I lose the purchases I've made.
If anyone knows or has had a similar problem, could you help me? This issue is always a headache when I remember it. Having EA games in my Steam library is the best option since my friends play there and the client is better than the EA app. But I thank you in advance for the help!
