A update for redeem Old EA Games

I contact EA Help and redeem NFS Prostreet (same as NFS Carbon, BF2 etc.). He spend for 15 - 20 minutes for generate redeemable old EA Game but can't generated. Saying this :

There's an ongoing issue as of now regarding old games and their game codes, 
this is being investigated currently by the studio.

We do not have an update on how long it will take for a fix to be set.
