I try to talking through EA Support but they seems to be clueless about players mostly from Steam not receiving any EA Play members reward. So here I am asking for anyone here are there any way to solve this problem.

day in and day out I have done this to no end week after week... there are people that have been doing this just to have support tell us to go back here and see if there is help in the forum or wait for an email with a fix. EA needs to fix mut rewards. Have had issues on pc since 2020. Fix the system or continue losing more people...
