I have an EA account with Battlefield 3, 4 and Hardline on PC. I want to buy these games on Steam. Can I register these games from Steam to that one EA account, which already has these games.....?

Steam has an option to add non-Steam games to your library, essentially adding a shortcut to those games. But otherwise no, there's no way to add game you bought on one platform to an account on another. If you specifically want these games on Steam, you'll need to buy them again there.

After purchasing the games on Steam, to launch them you must have a 3-rd party account: EA Account. I already have an EA Account with the games I purchased on Origin. Now I want to buy these games on Steam. After purchasing these games on Steam, can I link them to my EA account that already has these games on it, or do I have to create a new EA account?
