Cannot download CFB/Madden 27 Trial with EA Play

When I press download, this pops up. For some reason, after I click "close" it still allows me to go to the next prompt and choose download options.

I just click next.

Its stuck on installing with no percentage.

After some time after the installing, this pops up.

Could somebody help me with this issue and how to resolve it?
