Changing my email

I realized recently that i had used my old school email when i made this account years ago on xbox and now that i'm trying to change it i can't access the verification code to verify the email. I still have access to the account and can play due to it being linked to my xbox account which means i can log in on pc and play but i still cant change the email. When i try to contact EA support i either get hit with a bot that doesn't have a solution to this or with the page saying that this issue is not supported by advisors even when i listed it as an account update issue. I'm at a dead-end and don't know what to do.
