EA app doesn't launch

Downloaded Titanfall 2 Today after a long time and tried to boot the game but the game did not start so i tried to Open EA application to launch the game but the EA application itself does not start.
The application does not launch at all i tried contacting help and did all the tweaks they told me to do like uninstalling and reinstalling updating c++ etc. tried the clean boot method and everything but still the app did not open. The only time the app showed some signs of life was when i turned my wifi off the app gave a network error thats it. But once i was back online the app still does not open.
