Game prices on the EA app switched from TL to USD in Turkey without notice

The store was showing price in TRY but the game charged me in USD which was 3 times the value shown in store 
I am writing to bring to your attention a pressing issue affecting Turkish residents, including myself, in FIFA 23 transactions. Despite a consistent history of making in-game purchases in Turkish Lira (TRY) and maintaining a PlayPro subscription in the same currency, there has been an abrupt shift to charging users in US Dollars (USD). This unexpected change not only disrupts established transaction patterns but also raises concerns about adherence to user preferences and potential violations of consumer protection laws. As a dedicated user with a clear preference for TRY transactions, I am seeking urgent assistance to rectify the currency error, reimburse any additional costs incurred, and implement measures to prevent similar incidents in the future. Your prompt attention to this matter is crucial to restoring user confidence and upholding fair billing practices in the FC 24

I bought EaPlay Pro yearly at beginning of this year. On 21 November 2023 I got mail from EA infroms me about this subscription will be renewal on 21 December 2023 for 999 TL. Its normal up to here. What I learned today EA cancel its regional pricing for Turkey and now EaPlay Pro $99.99(2,905 TL) for year. 

Am I going to charged at old price or new?

@utkuerenaydinYes, me too. I immidiately canceled my EA Play Pro Membership because it’s too expensive, the price actually becomes 3x more expensive.

funny thing is, EA didn’t provide any information before, unlike what Steam did.

My game used to be in TRY I even have playpro I paid It with TRY and I had some purchases in TRY now the game store shows USD, it is EA version, not steam

EA withdrew support to TL. EA play, EA play pro subscriptions are so expensive right now. But we still try to play EA games. Especially EA FC 24, in game purchase is increased by % 100.
Still Epic games supports the TL, I think you can let us buy in game purchase on Epic store with TL, like Companion app on İOS or PS store. 

Thank you for advice my bro, but the problem is If you have ios device, you can buy fc point with over TL, I have an android phone, the app in android there is no any option to buy fc point neither TL nor USD.
