Game removed from account

Hello all,

Immortals of Avenum has been removed from my account, (Suspected fraudulent activity) I have followed the link in the explanation, but it still hasn't cleared it up (Clearing Cache). I have had the game for quite a while and don't have any more information to give.

I have emailed the help address but nothing has come back, it has been since the first BF6 Beta, when I emailed  EA 22/08/2025.

I know this is an old game but it is annoying.
