With the latest update we added the functionality where you can create a desktop shortcut when installing a game.
What do you think?
I am wanting to create a desktop shortcut for Battlefield V which i downloaded with the EA and Xbox collab thing
Having the same issue with BF4 and V and honestly.... Im just gonna use the desktop app to launch. Keep finding different answers that work differently for each game, and also seeing that people are having an error launching even after completing all of the advice. ☹️
open file explorer and navigate to the location of the install. (C:\Program Files (x86) or the directory you chose on install. locate the game folder and open it. right click the application and select "send to" select "desktop" and you will have the short cut.
It may appear slow to start as it opens the desktop app 1st but it does start the games
