i accidentally uninstalled the file for my ea app and the sims 4 folder

is there any way to recover them? the app itself is still visible, but because the files aren’t there, the game can’t launch.

    Hi there, 

    If you have uninstalled EA app by mistake, you can redownload the EA app installer here: https://www.ea.com/ea-app

    Regarding your installed games, if you did not uninstall them before uninstalling the EA app, they should be recognized as installed once you have installed the EA app again. If they're not recognized, make sure you select the same installation folder as before.
