I was banned whilst I was hacked 4 years ago, TOS has shut down every appeal.

My main account literally been hacked since 2021, it happened whilst my account wasn't under my control. I've given as much proof as I have with the chinese email I got from support the day it got hacked, and even the fact my name got changed to Qiqigame01063, which ill assume there are multiple qiqigames that have been banned so its not an uncommon thing. YET I'm still banned, I had 2 heirlooms on apex, I had time in other games. there was no reason for the ban to stay but they denied it and now refuse to reopen the case as they have apparently "performed all investigations possible" which is obviously not true. What do I do? It feels very unfair and unjust to leave me banned for something I DID NOT COMMIT especially when I've spent money on said game.
