Is there a way to force the EA app open in offline mode?

I have The Sims 4 in my account and my girlfriend play in my account, but i want to play TS4 and other games in the same time that she is playing TS4 in other computer... Theres a way to open the ea...

I'm currently without internet and I want to play The Sims but the ea app won't turn on. What is this garbage?

Yes i cant play my games unless theres a START EA APP IN OFFLINE MODE. Like STEAM and Ubilauncher has. I need a START EA APP EXCLUSIVELY IN OFFLINE ONLY MODE.
