Locked out

few years ago I set up my EA sports account with a business email. that business and that email doesn’t exist no more but I never changed the email or connected my phone number to my EA account right now. in order for me to keep playing my EA sports I was required to enter a verification code that was sent to that old email

.I can’t login to disconnect it from my PS five and I can’t reset the password because I don’t have access to the email. How should I go about this?
