Need a Refund for being double charged for some Sims4 Kits
Hi so I am unable to use the refund tool for the fact that It only shows game packs and not kits. When I bought them I had it set up to pay 4 times through paypal on 1 of my cards and then was charged in full on another card. I would like to be refunded for the full charge and pay in the 4 installations like I set up. The payment was on 2026-07-27 for 47.62. Also added picks of the charges.
