When accessing my EA account, I find no record of any orders. Were it not for the confirmation email I received, I'd lack evidence of my purchase. I acquired The Sims 4 Digital Deluxe on October 1, 2022, prior to its free availability, yet I didn't receive the Desert Luxe Kit as others did. Additionally, the Night is Young Digital Content and the Life of the Party Digital Content, which should have been included with my purchase, remain inaccessible to me.
