Origin games I own not showing in the EA App

On launching the EA App and looking for old games I bought via the old Origin website, I found that EA App wants me to buy them again. Most of my games are there, but SimCity is not showing from a quick look, and it asks me to buy it or buy EA Play even though it shows as having DLC/addons purchased for it on the EA App 🤔

I don't have EA Play but did try it recently, I wonder if that has bugged something on my account.

I've sent a ticket but thought I'd make a post here as this is, really, quite worrying.

I also am missing (at least) one game that I owned on Origin that did not transfer over to EA app. I'm trying to figure out how to get directly in touch with support and it's literally impossible, so here I am... I owned Mirror's Edge (the original) on Origin, went to go replay it today, and it's showing up as unowned. Please fix this or get me in touch with somebody who can fix this.
