Summarize your bug I contacted both live support and twitter support, but none of them could find a solution to my problem. While downloading the games, my download speed is stuck at 3mb/second and i have 100mbit. I can download games with full speed at other services like Steam, Battle.net, torrent etc... My download speed neither goes below this speed nor goes above 3mb/s. I tried all the solutions on the internet but none of them worked. So anyone knows how to solve my problem?
