Hi everyone, I know this is late but it could help someone who comes by in the future! 
I got a free VPN and connected to the Netherlands, my speeds increased by literally 20x 
my 6 hour download is now around 20 mins.

    Thats incredible, my installer had stalled at around 30 Kbps, and when I switched my VPN to the Netherlands like you said it spiked to 33 MB/s. I used my Bitdefender VPN for anyone wondering.
