So, I fired up my EA App this afternoon, and was greeted with this message at the top of my library.

Which for obvious reasons, concerns me.

I did a browse of my library, and I can't find any title that is missing, and all my DLCs seem to be in place as well. And when I click on "View Details" about the removed game, it comes up empty. This a bug in the app or something?

Why has EA randomly removed this DLC from my library?!!!

How can I get it back?!!!!

This is ridiculous. Every app start I got these messages and missing games at the library, so now we have to clean this up every time?
Even funnier the removed game list contains games I never had.

Yeah, after clearing my cache it appeared again, and turns out it was the soundtrack DLC for Crysis 3. I assume EA lost the music license for it or something.

Hello, today i got same but message, but it says that quest_item as been deleted from my library what is quest_item?

This too has happened to me as well.

I logged into a game was removed because I'm a criminal that has been on my account since 2015

Same problem yesterday BF3 was removed from the EA app.

Someone under EA please explain the reason rather than an unlisted reason. Is this a mistake or legitimate? Did my account every actually own either of these items, and if so, why were they ripped from my account?

mine a little more extreme ^^ can only attach 3 but ive got 5 more screenshots like that. Interesting that they are considered to be from years ago...

When I logged into ea. app it said it has removed games from my library. I was annoyed that I would be missing my games but they are still there. So do I have to do anything if they are still there or just leave it.

I logged on today and got multiple of these notes. Pretty much all of my Sims 3 games were removed and multiple of my Sims 4 ones....I paid for all of them.

I just bought a way out on steam and when i open EA it says that it was removed for an unlisted reason. Can you help me fix this?

also i bought the game through xbox and its still in my library there but i cant play it through the xbox app

Logged into the EA App today and again Battlefield 3 is gone.

i got a msg sayin that my bf 2042 is removed from my account for an unlisted reason , i did the simple thing and i didnt pressed the delete button even the game was tryin to make me do it i just closed the app completely and then open it again and boom bf is back at my library like nothin happened

i paid cash for command and conquer games. now it says ownership has been removed. can you refund me for my purchases please? i don't want to use a service that takes your games away after purchasing. looks like this happens a lot.

Same. It just told me that quest_item was removed, but i think that i have everything...
