Request to Unlink Xbox Account from EA Account

Hello, I no longer have access to the email address registered to my EA account. I can only log in through Xbox on PC.

Two-factor authentication is disabled, but whenever I try to change my email address or unlink my Xbox account, I am asked to enter a verification code sent to the old email address, which I cannot access.

I would appreciate your help in verifying my identity through an alternative method so I can unlink my Xbox account.

    JohnnyCorreia09​ If you no longer have access to the email address linked to your account,  please contact EA Support directly so we can help you update it. To keep your account safe, only our support advisors are able to make changes to account details, and they may ask you to verify your identity before doing so
