Saved Payment Method (Can't remove)

Question

I want to remove the payment method of my VISA Card from EA Account!
But, whenever I want to remove my saved payment method, it says " some went wrong " and it does not remove the saved information. After trying so many times.

This message might appear if you have an ongoing subscription. You would need to cancel the subscription first, then remove the card. If you don't have any subscriptions and you're still getting this error message, please contact EA Help for further assistance.&nbsp;
