    I'd recommend you get in contact with the live support team so they can review your account and billing details with a bit further and see what's causing this error.

Have you been able to solve this, as I have the same exact problem for a month now, and I can not reach their help. 

It is extremely frustrating.

    untill this moment nothing change i called the support and there is no help
