Trouble purchasing Expansion Pack please help!

Hello, I hope you see this as soon as possible. I'm trying to purchase the Sims 4 Island Living Expansion Pack, which is on sale, but it keeps giving the following error: "Your payment has failed. This could be caused by an expired payment method or incorrect information." but my information is correct so is my payment method. My account information is also verified. So i don't know what's the problem. I just want to purchase the Expansion Pack before the discount ends. Please help!

    Let's give the following steps a try:

    • Use a different payment method
    • Make sure your billing details in the EA app match the billing details for your card
    • Remove and re-add your payment method from your account
    • Make sure the location on your account matches your real location

    If you still have issues once you've run through these steps, we'll need the live support team to investigate into this a bit further, as we don't have access to review your account details here on the forums.   • Hi! Mine was doing the same thing, and I tried everything to fix it but nothing worked…. I eventually figured out that the issue was that I had saved my credit card info on my EA account, and apparently it didn’t like that…. I removed the card, and when I went to pay, I didn’t check off the little “save card info” button, and then it went through just fine! I don’t know if this is the same problem you’re having, but this worked for me! 🙂
