Unable to submit ban appeal – account hacked

yupicco1​ Sadly, both hacked and banned related issues cannot be handled on the forums.

If you are still needing help with recovering your hacked EA Account, you would need to contact the EA Support Team here:

As for appealing the ban, you would need to reach out to the EA TOS Team here:

However, since you are having issues with creating a case, you can also try clicking on "continue as guest" from here:

Afterwards, be sure your contact reason says "submit an appeal":

Lastly, fill out the ticket and wait for a response.

Note: You are able to appeal your ban up to 3 times. If the ban is not overturned after the 3rd appeal, that does sadly mean that the ban will be upheld.

I contacted you through the inquiry form, but I haven’t received any response at all.

I would like to contact you via chat, but when I click the chat button, I either get sent back to the home screen or see a message like the one in the attached image.

Even if I click “Continue as guest,” the same thing happens.

I have no way to get in touch—what should I do?

I haven’t been able to play the game for a whole month now.
