Unable to submit ban appeal

Hello,My EA account was hacked and used to perform actions I did not commit in Apex Legends. As a result, my account was banned around September 8.I want to appeal the ban, but I am unable to submit the appeal form on the EA Help website. Every time I try, I get an error that says: “There was a problem creating your case.”I still have access to my account. I would really appreciate your help in contacting the Terms of Service team so that this can be investigated.Thank you.EA ID: yupicco1

yupicco1​ Sadly, both hacked and banned related issues cannot be handled on the forums.If you are still needing help with recovering your hacked EA Account, you would need to contact the EA Support Team here: &gt; EA Help | What to do if your EA Account has been hacked.
As for appealing the ban, you would need to reach out to the&nbsp;EA TOS Team here:&nbsp;&gt; EA Help | Get information on EA Account locks, bans, and suspensions
However, since you are having issues with creating a case, you can also try clicking on "continue as guest" from here:&nbsp;&gt;&nbsp;EA Help | Contact EA:

Afterwards, be sure your contact reason says "submit an appeal":

Lastly, fill out the ticket and wait for a response.

Note: You are able to appeal your ban up to 3 times. If the ban is not overturned after the 3rd appeal, that does sadly mean that the ban will be upheld.
