I am contacting you to express my enormous dissatisfaction with the problems I regularly encounter in your game, particularly in Solo Draft and Online Draft.

There are a lot of bugs that make matches frustrating and sometimes completely unfair. Players freeze, passes don't register correctly, some actions are inconsistent, and sometimes matches are clearly affected by technical problems.

The most unacceptable problem also concerns matches where an opponent leaves the game. In some situations, I don't receive the points, rewards, or winnings that should normally be awarded. It feels like we're wasting time and making no progress because of problems that aren't even our fault.

In both Solo Draft and online modes, these problems are recurring and severely detract from the gameplay experience. When you buy a game at full price, you expect, at the very least, to be able to play under decent conditions and for match results to be properly recorded.

Honestly, I find the situation particularly disappointing. Back then, games like Konami's PES offered an experience that seemed much more stable in certain aspects. I'd also like to see a return to the quality and simplicity of gameplay reminiscent of FIFA 17, which many players consider a particularly beloved era for the series.

Today there are too many problems: bugs in Draft, players who freeze, passes that don't work properly, matches whose results are not recorded correctly, rewards not awarded after disconnections or abandonments, etc.

I therefore ask you to take these problems seriously and do what is necessary to improve the stability of the game and especially to find a solution regarding the matches and rewards that are not being counted correctly.

Please also specify what solutions are planned for players who have lost matches, points or rewards due to these technical problems.
