EA account Phone number Ukraine +380

I can't link my phone number in Ukraine to make my EA account more secure. How can I contact support if there isn't even a thread about it and all requests are automatically canceled? I don't understand why they don't create a tech support system to solve such simple problems. Is this a country-specific issue or a system error? Can they add my phone number to my account without me? Please answer EA moderators! I wanna add my Phone number to my account.
