Problem with connecting EA account to PSN account

Hello.

I unlinked my PlayStation Network account from my EA account, and the Connections page now shows no PSN linked. However, when I try to link a new PSN account, the system says that my EA account is still linked to another PlayStation Network account.

Could you please reset or clear the old PSN link so I can connect a new one?
