I gave my friend my account details, and he's from Lviv, and he accessed it without any problems. I decided to try a VPN and was able to launch the app. Could you tell me why this happened? I can't access the app without a VPN anymore.

Also from zp, same problem, i can open EA app only with vpn.
We are not ocuppied, check ur maps, EA.
Same problem, maybe they mistakenly thought that we were already an occupied region, but that's not the case.
Well, i cant buy anything on PS5 without mobile Ip or vpn - like half a year already, so i think they wouldnt change something

Same issue started from today. Dear Electronic Arts, the city of Zaporizhzhya is the territory of Ukraine and is subject to the laws and Сonstitution of Ukraine. Our town was never and hopefully will never be occupied. The restrictions applied to sanctioned regions should NOT be extended to the territory controlled by Ukraine.
On behalf of all players affected by this problem, i am asking you to make up the solution to this situation.
Я теж із Запоріжжя і також з вчора (9 жовтня) не можу грати в ігри EA. Я впевнений що перед виходом нової батли вони пішли оновляти свої правила, дійшли до лімітів раши, побачили що вони 'розширились' і забанили цілу нашу область. EA, Запоріжжя не окуповане тож поверніть нам доступ до ігор
I'm also from Zaporizhzhya and since yesterday (October 9) I can't play EA games. I'm sure that before the new Battlefield 6 was released they decided to update their rules, reached the Russia limits, saw that they had 'expanded' and banned our entire region. EA, Zaporizhzhia is not occupied so give us back access to the games
У всех провайдер DIA Net?, тут справа в тому що не запоріжжя блокнули а айпі адреси які від провайдера до еа стукають блокуються. Навіть через мобільний інтернет заходить.
Київстар, і навіть з мобілки не пускає

Та же ерунда, самая интересная фишка это то что оплатил подписку. Для игры в bf6
А самое интересное, это то что смотрел русских стримеров по типу zombirus и он играет без ВПН.
Зіткнувся з такою проблемою під час завантаження гри - "Ваш запрос не может быть выполнен. Действуют ограничения обслуживания." Я мешкаю в Україні м. Запоріжжя і вже який рік купую нові видання гри Футбол та інші. А тепер зіткнувся з такою проблемою і не можу зайти навідь у всій аккаунт і немає при виборі країни - України. За що нас санкції, чи це якась технічна помилка, що гравці з України опинилися в обмеженнях?
Любі друзі, я створив звернення до президента України. У якому зазначив цю проблему. Як її опублікують , додам її сюди.

У меня получается только через мобильный интернет (Киевстар). Даже играть возможно. Если через ВПН ужасный пинг и потеря пакетов. Платный ВПН не помогает.
I have the same problem, I contacted the Kyivstar provider, and they told me that this was a problem on EA’s side.
