Has anyone had success recovering an old EA account?

I'm honestly starting to lose hope with EA Support and wanted to ask if anyone here has had a similar experience. I'm trying to recover an old EA account, but I no longer have access to the original...

had the same problem here, any solutions in this case ? My Mail is hacked and i found no way to change the mail in my EA Account without the "Send Code" thing.....
