Möglichkeiten (Installation,Start) Problem mit der EA Desktop App zu beheben

Aktuell unterstützt die EA Desktop App nur 64 bit. Welche Version hat mein Windows? 1-6 Spiel Probleme beheben. Ab Nr.7 Deinstallation, Installation 1.Starte die EA Desktop App als Admin 2....

Neuinstallation funktioniert nicht.

Bei der Installation stellt das EA Desktop fest, dass es schon installiert ist.

  Habe ich soweit versucht.
  EA Desktop ist deinstalliert.
  CCleaner ist durchgelaufen.
  Hat leider nicht funktioniert.
  Irgendwo läuft noch eine Prüfschleife.
