Add on game packs - Realm of Magic, Vampires, Strangerville

Add on game packs - Realm of Magic, Vampires, Strangerville showing downloaded in the app, but unavailable in the game.

I started having issues last week when playing in Glimmerbrook I had trouble with sims travelling to a location and deleting the building and it wouldn't come back.  I followed existing fixes for that including deleting the thumbcache deleting and moving the Mods folder to my desktop.  Still didn't fix it.  So I thought an uninstall of the whole game from my computer and redownload the game would fix it.  Now these add ons are not showing up at all. All the game add ons show as downloaded, but the game things such as Glimmerbrook, Strangerville, and Vampire do not show as worlds, and ingame none of the stuff is available.  No option for spellcasters or vampires.  I tried another fix to clear the cache from the EA app (I'm using Windows) but still no fix.  Do I need to uninstall again and redownload?

Please help.
