"Applying Update NaN%" why you not fixed this yet

When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) BF 2042's Nov 2022 update and 14/12/2022
Summarize your bug Stuck on "Applying update NaN%"
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? try to update your game using your rubbish app
What happens when the bug occurs? My game doesn't get updated so I'm paying for a Membership I cant use I should report you to trading standards.
What do you expect to see? My game updating it self so I'm able to play it

    @Verxcy69 Hey! My download was also stuck on applying update Nan% or something like that .... I just stopped the download and used the repair function and the update was installed and game began to work 🙂

    Absolute garbage. Got the day off and was gunna play, but nope. I tried clearing the download cache through app recovery and manually. Such a joke.

    @looney7600 I strongly advise playing EA games, ANYWHERE ELSE apart from on EA. They are the absolute worse, and they do not care.

    @Verxcy69 Yep same here, they finally forced me to move over to steam. Sick of EA and their garbage.

    @TC_TacMac When you stop the download, open the game from your collection and there is a manage button. It's under that!

    @pulsesolar Thank you, I'll take a look now. Your more helpful then EA lol. You Should apply for a job. Something might actually get done then.

    @pulsesolar No Apex for me today I think. The process is easy to find but currently stuck at 43%. The download rate seems incredibly slow. I might have to find another solution.
