There is nothing showing in my library, and it is just loading. I tried all methods, such as clearing the cache, restarting, and updating my laptop, but nothing helped. Please help me fix this problem

What library? Your in-game Sims 4 Library of Lots, households and rooms? Or your EA App Library showing the games you own? I meant EA App Library
