Battlefield 1 Revolution crashes shortly after launch

Hello,

I purchased Battlefield 1 Revolution through the EA App. The game worked only for the first 10 minutes or less after I bought it. After that, it started crashing every time I tried to launch it.

When I click Play, the game opens for a few seconds and then closes, returning me to the EA App without any error message.

I have already

Reinstalled the game.

Repaired the game.

Updated my graphics driver.

Restarted my PC.

Unfortunately, the issue still persists, and I am unable to use the product I purchased.

Please help me resolve this issue. If it cannot be resolved, I would like to request a refund.

Thank you

  • Sorry to hear you’re running into Battlefield 1 crashes through the EA app.

Please try closing any unnecessary background apps first, as another program or service may be interfering with the game.

If the issue continues, please try performing a clean boot of your PC. This can help disable background tasks that might be causing conflicts.

You can also try capping your frame rate or enabling Vertical Sync (V-Sync) to match your frame rate to your display’s refresh rate. V-Sync can usually be enabled in the game’s graphics settings menu. If it is not available in-game, you may be able to enable it through your graphics card control panel.

If none of these steps help, please check the Windows Event Viewer for any crash logs around the time the issue occurs. You can also grab and attach your DxDiag report. Thanks.
