Bought some 4 packs from EA app and they aren’t available

Hi there, Yesterday I bought multiple sims 4 packs and kits on the EA app, I received an email of my orders so there is proof I bought directly from EA, however, I am on a Mac and the packs I bought are not in my game and are showing up as ‘available on windows’. I did previously have a windows computer but I bought new packs on my mac, now I have no idea what to do as it cost me a lot of money for stuff I can’t even use
