Hey SkinnyMeat02,
If you haven't already, navigate to your inbox Settings > Junk Mail (for Hotmail) or Settings > Filters and Blocked (for Gmail) and make sure EA@e.ea.com is a safe sender or an unblocked address. Then, try locating an email from EA@e.ea.com and allow images to be displayed. After doing that, please try receiving the verification code again to see if the email appears.
