Can’t Install EA app on Windows 7 – Error INST-21-25006

no i don’t have that, i never had problems the whole time but out of nowhere the ea app didn’t start no more and then i tried to uninstall it and now i can’t reinstall it no more 

Thanks for checking. Next, try running the install as an administrator. Right click on the install file and choose Run as administrator.

I am having this same issue. It was working fine, then it wouldn't start. I tried to repair via installer, which also didn't work for the same error. That ended up uninstalling the EA app from my computer and now I get this error when trying to install it. I hope whatever this is gets fixed soon.

Thanks for trying. Next, download and install the latest Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable here. If that doesn't help, try downloading the EA App again from here and running the installer.

Hello! I’m currently having a similar error on Steam with Mass Effect Andromeda on Steam Deck. I get INST-21-25005. I can launch The Sims 4 just fine on my Steam Deck, no issues with the EA App there. Maybe there’a an issue with EA servers with the app failing to install?

i’m having this issue as well. but i’m using windows 7 and the oldest windows i can download the c++ redistributable on is windows 10. please help
