Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

A few years ago I purchased 3 packs off of Amazon. I still have the codes for each. I haven't played Sims 4 for a few years and just downloaded it again. I can't play my expansion packs and when I click on them it just asks me to purchases again. I try to enter the code again and it tells me it was already used.

    Hi IolantheRose​ 

    your dlc packs are connected to your account. If you changed it, this is why you can't use them. You have to load in the EA app with the credentials you had when you purchased those packs years ago.

    If you cannot do that, you need to contact support on the Help EA site.
