Cannot download Dragon Age: Origins due to 'not owning the game' on EA App.

Hello there.

I have found a bug. I tried downloading Dragon Age: Origins on EA App, but it was unsuccessful due to the bug I captured in a cap and sent in an attachment below. I own the game, I would even pay for Ultimate Edition, but this feels weird. If anyone from EA support sees this, can this be solved?

Hey there, can you please try clearing the EA app's cache and checking your library again? If you are still unable to download the game, please contact EA Help so they can check if everything is ok on their end.
