cant download sims 4

Hi,

When I go on the EA app, the download button for sims is not available. I can see it but not press it please help.

    @misszpride 

    We'll need the live support team to look over your account details a bit further to see why you're not able to access your game- here on the forums we don't have access to your account to look into these details with you. 

    Please get in contact with live support through Twitter or Facebook so they can investigate this with you- if you have any troubles getting through to the team there, please be sure to let me know!

    Hi @misszpride,

    Can you attach a screenshot to your post of what you're seeing when you click The Sims 4 game tile in your game library please?

    As you can see the download butten is ther but it is gray and I can't press it.

    I have the same problem and seem to get it fixed. Did you find out a solution?

    @EA_Solaire None of those, I had origin but couldn't play sims so I read on you're site that origin switched to EA and it said that games would still be there and that I didn't have to do anything other than of course downloading it again.

    @EA_Solaire So I don't know what I did but now it suddenly works but it says that I have to restart to complete the installation for my mod packs, how do I do that?
