    @ImB1ind I resolve the issue, I had to reinstall the EA desktop app, the games install via EA desktop app didn't get affected, it was easy and after I log in in the app, the games were available to play.

Hi @PeleMeleXD,

Encountering issue like these is never a fun experience, but luckily there are some troubleshooting steps that you can perform:

  • Run the EA app as an administrator
  • Clear the cache via Help > App Recovery > Clear cache
  • Temporarily disable your firewall/ant-virus or make an exception for the EA app

After you performed these steps, then please let me know if they worked or not.
