Cant login with EMail. Only with Phonenumber

Whenever i try to login with EMail i get the following error:

  "error": "invalid_user_status",

  "error_code": "user_status_invalid",

  "code": 105102

}

 

whenever i try to login to EA.com via Phonenumber i get this error on moving to profile.

 

whenever i try to login via EMail i get "invalid user credentials"

 

EA Help is totally unable to Help and told me to go to the Forums. Wich i do here now.

    For anyone that is facing this situation:

    After several Agents there was one that got the Job done. He did Change my Mail on the Backend to another one. After that was done my Account was back fully functioning again.
