Connection failed error for friends list

I can't access my friends list for a few days. It says connection failed and the friends list is not loading. I deleted the EA app and then reinstalled it. The problem was not solved.

Its the same thing for me I spent 30 min with an agent no solve at all servers are working terribly

I also did app recovery and restarted the app but the problem was not solved.
