DOWNLOADING ISSUE

Hello!

I purchased a game, but the download is stuck at 79% with the message "finalizing," and it's not progressing further. I've tried reinstalling the game twice, cleared the cache, and even restarted my computer, but none of these actions have been helpful. I'm completely out of ideas on what to do next. Please help me as soon as possible; I really want to play the game I bought!
