Summarize your bug EA app closes after launch in about 10 min. With a message saying 'Origin has been closed. Some features may not be available. When I downloaded EA app, Origin was deleted. So I don't understand why it would be closed?

What happens when the bug occurs? message saying 'Origin has been closed. Some features may not be available. Then the EA app disappears and closes
What do you expect to see? That EA app not crashing.
I am playing The Sims 4, and the game is playable, when the EA app closes. Just don't understand why I get the message about Origin closing, as I don't have the application on my computer.
