Every time I want to open EA app on windows 11 I get just a black screen as shown on the screenshot. Only way to fix this is using app recovery and clearing cache, then it finally launches. This happens all the time, doesn't matter if I opened other programs before or I just booted up my computer.
I keep the stay signed box checked all the time.

Did everything as instructed and nope, still have the same issue. I can play all right, but I need to clear every time I want to launch the app. Launching the game .exe directly doesn't work either.
Also, earlier this year I was asked to approve 2 UAC prompts by windows just for launching the app (not playing something). Issue I managed to fix through a scheduled task with elevated privileges. Now the issue is back.

Are your graphics drivers and Windows up-to-date? Can you try disabling your GPU driver and using the default Windows driver? Also if the EA App is running on administrator mode, try disabling that along with quitting EABackgroundService.exe in your Task Manager.
