EA App crashes instantly – can't launch Steam games like BFV or NFS Unbound
The EA App crashes immediately after launch. I cannot open or log in, and I can't play any EA games that I bought on Steam, including Battlefield V and Need for Speed Unbound. This has been broken for more than 2 months now.
I have already tried **every possible solution**:
- Fully reinstalling EA App (including clearing cache and deep uninstall with registry clean)
- Running as Administrator
- Repairing VC++ redistributables
- Clean boot and safe mode
- Trying a different EA account
- Reinstalling Steam
- Reinstalling Windows completely
None of this worked.
I have talked to **around 10 different EA support agents**, and none of them could solve it. They all gave me the same generic steps and eventually told me to post here, even though it clearly isn't something I can fix myself.
What I want to know is:
- Can I get a **temporary workaround** to play my purchased Steam games without EA App?
- Or can you escalate this to a real technical team that can look deeper into this issue?
I can launch the game using GeForce NOW (so the account and licenses are fine), but not on my own PC. Please take this seriously — this issue is clearly affecting multiple users.
