Ea app crashing only in select conditions

Question

So. I'm currently experiencing the ea app crashing every time I try to open it, and this only happens when I have a game to update(sims 4) and it keeps logging me out and then not responding and I can't even close it through task manager.&nbsp;

Okay I kind of managed to fix it, I had to run an anti-virus and do an app recovery but ea still seems to struggle to load which has never happened to be besides when I need to update the sims

Nope, I didn't fix it, it still crashed and I have no clue what to do.&nbsp;
